Why does the trailer credit Octavia Spencer as an Oscar nominee?

In 2012, Octavia won Best Supporting Actress for The Help, which is the only movie she was nominated. Russell Crowe and Jane Fonda were both named as winners, and Quvenzhane Wallis was named as a nominee. But Octavia Spencer is more than a nominee; she actually won.
