Natalie from The Facts of Life! She even sounds like her. I kinda like this show, btw. I find it entertaining and fun.

She reminds me of Delta Burke but I also see what you're saying with the Natalie from the facts of Life resemblance; I see that too.

To me she's a prettier Roseanne + Delta Burke + someone else I can't place!
