Does anyone know the the hip-hop song at the end?

The soundtrack information on IMDb lists a song by Freedom Fly that is heard during the film, but there's nothing about the rap that's heard at the very end, mostly when the credits roll. Does anyone know who wrote and/or performs that song, the title, or where it can be found elsewhere? Thank you!

It's called "Same Love" by, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis - featuring Mary Lambert. Watch the music video. :-)

Thank you, so much, for the info! I loved that song. I'm going to watch the video right now.

I just watched the video and it made me smile. It's so refreshing to find hip-hop without a hateful message. When I was growing up I loved what is now called old-school rap simply for the music. I didn't know that there was a whole wave coming of homophobic and sexist hip-hop. I still listened to old-school and alternative hip-hop, but I stayed away from some good music because the content bothered me. It's so good to see that a seemingly open-minded and good hearted hip-hop artist seems to be getting more attention. Thanks for recommending the video!

The music video is amazing.

I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves.

It was performed live at the emmy's. Quite haunting. You tube it.

Song fits the movie perfectly.

This song is also played in the documentary Bridegroom if anyone cares to watch it and hear it there.

I *beep* hate that Macklemore was included in this documentary...

I'm feeling rough, I'm feeling raw, I'm in the prime of my life.

Thank you, every one, for all the responses! Most of you seem to think it's an amazing song and/or think it fits the documentary well, and I couldn't agree more. I appreciate everyone's feedback. :)
