Certainly there would be such websites for niche clientele, and not for general public consumption. These rich and wealthy guys are a perverted lot, lolzz!
There are lots of websites like this. Suicide Girls used to have something similar, although that was years ago and I don't know if they still do. But it's really not thrilling to watch a girl doing her college homework or making dinner.
MetArt is like a delivery service for Russian oligarchs, from what I've heard. Every once in a while a searingly hot woman will stop appearing on the site and you'll hear that she's dating some shipping baron or something.
In college, upperclassmen lived in townhouses, and two female friends of mine were in their kitchen making dinner one night when some dude was perving on them. It was in the winter, so it was dark by 5:30 p.m., and they had the blinds open.
