Will Studio Ghibli continue to make animated films or is the Tale of the Princess Kaguya their finale/swan song?

From what I understand, the studio is being restructured into a licensing company rather than a production company. I hope When Marnie Was There won't be the last, but if it is, then the Ghibli legacy can end on a high note.
