a beautiful film that's richly layered

I watched for the first time the other day.I was simply amazed.It is a beautful,heartfelt journey,full with so many emtions,and lots of interesting characters.Studio Ghibli has made so many amazing films,this one is stllear and now one of top favorites on my really long list of favorite films.A richly layered story,that takes its time to develop,the art,the animation is just wow.It truely shines as a highmark in animated films.I truely think it should of won the Oscar for Best Animated Film.I was hoping Little Bamboo/Kaguya would have run off from the capital and gone back to that young man and have a life with him.I've noticed Studio Ghibli films have a large respect for Mother earth,nature,and natural world.
