Discovery Channel Promotional Graffiti

I loved the series, Africa, but I was disgusted by the Discovery Channel’s decision to display huge promotional overlays for upcoming programming in the bottom right-hand corner or across the entire bottom portion of the screen. These were not the small station logo size overlays but were huge, high-contrast visuals that were extremely distracting. It might not have been so bad if these graphics had been displayed for a minute or so periodically throughout the show, but they were present for almost the entire broadcast. This series was magnificent in its beauty and did not deserve to have the Discovery Channel vandalize this stunning masterpiece with its promotional graffiti.
