The idea that all these people would keep records of incriminating information is silly enough but even overlooking that, who kills themself over an affair or embezzlement? If they're all so connected they should just help each other out again cook up mock trials or punishments that don't matter. Give the appearance of justice, assuming the info becomes public, and then carry on with the corruption. Just like real life.

shareEntirely agree. The series failed because the plot wasn't substantially thought through, so it had loose ends and strands all over the place.
