do Secret Service Agents work for Metro Bank or HSBC bank?

i was a bit confused with these SSA wearing the same cheap suits and that horrible red tie worn by METRO bank staff!! or is it that they have a second part time job at HSBC bank, that's why they keep the red ugly tie, so that when they finish protecting the president they go about doing their part time job at metro bank.
