Disney stopped advertising "Alice"?

I didn't see any TV spots last week, after the film opened. I guess because Disney was dissapointed by the opening. But they could still advertise the film. They should release more TV spots, calling it "number one family movie in the world". Considering X-Men isn't actually a family movie, that would make sense. That’s how you advertise your films. That’s how you make money.

What's the point of still spending money after that abysmal opening. It's just throwing more money away at this point.
