Where was this movie shot?

My parents used to have a place just north of the Yampa Valley Airport, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The surroundings in this movie reminds me of Routt County, Colorado, where my pedants live for seventeen years.

Yes, I do sometimes answer my own questions in this forum. :-) I looked it up. The shooting location for this movie was Buena Vista, Saskatchewan, a provence of Canada. But, the winter lodge looks like one of those winter mansions you see in Aspen, Colorado. The movie has reliable laughs and uses some quality adolescent actors in it. I did find the movie to be quite forgettable, when we renting it. This one was only good for entertaining the kids.

You didn't have to look far, since it's listed right on the movie's IMDb page.

"Filming Locations: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada"
