At the lecture Dr Reed asks if anyone has ever drifted off thinking about something where it felt like hours had passed only to discover it had been moments. He then asked where do you think that time went? Duh well since it was only a moment or two, no. He should have said it felt like moments but it was actually hours, hence lost time.
