I love Anime , but this is a Tad Boring...

Watch almost all episodes now , think im on 16 -17. All it seems to be is a bunchs of kids crying and moaning. Doesn't seem to be any development into the story and when a story gets going it gets closed down by another person crying or loosing their minds over the titans.

I love anime , but this show is subpar at best. The film looks good though. And you only really see a few people get eaten by the titans in the first 17 episodes , its barely about them its more centered around the armies trying to control the situation , tad boring and missleading :/

Just my opinion.

I'm shocked the fanboys didnt attack this post. I too found this anime to be boring as hell. It didn't live up to even half the hype it was getting from the people who told me I needed to watch it.

Its a great anime in terms of quality and production but the story is nothing because it doesn't kick in until much, much later. So people saying its boring, it is. It is boring, no doubt about it. But the Manga has gotten to the point where's its interesting and going somewhere.

Season 2 will be the point where the series get there's.

However, that said, how can you saying you're by 17 and its boring? Isn't 17 the episode where the action actually gets interesting.

Not everything is about action and fast paced fighting. The development, political pressure, conflict between characters and their own wills to fight is great and make for a great watch

I just finished watching for the first time and this is what I like about it. Yeah, sometimes it's a little slow and there's a lot of crying and screaming, but that's what war is like. It's deplorable and mind-raping. I'd rather see some psychological insight rather than mindless fighting the whole time.

I was the same I don't get the hype I thought it picked up around episode 10 but then got boring again also what is with all the yelling it's like being in the middle of a gig and shouting as loud as you can THIS BAND SUCKS and everybody yelling at you
