how did the female titan get out AHEAD of the scouts?(SPOILERS DUH!!!)

first off let me say this as an observation. amongst the ones who have the courage to fight for humanity particularly in the scouts but also in all fighters we see I think the titans have acted as a kind of eugenics in this case because they are all exceptional and yes i know the scouts and such only take the best of the best but the maneuvers they do shows that they are more than a cut above the rest.

Now to my question.......

it is simple we can take away teleportation as no evidence of that in this world.
so the question is how did Annie aka the female titan make it out AHEAD of the scouting mission to be standing there in the middle of well nowhere?addressing some theories....she can't have used the tunnels when she was pressured about it she said she had a "weak constitution" which leaves the back streets ON FOOT?across the city???that doesn't seem possible. using odm gear?doubtful AT BEST she could do that unnoticed. i realize she is with the MP but that still doesn't give her any extra resources to get out there ahead of a HIGH PROFILE scouting mission on horses.oh yes almost forgot the most obvious thing that is out is she can't use her titan form because as we see when she transforms to fight eren it has LIGHTNING attached to it making it VERY NOTICEABLE when used.So how did she end up out in that field ahead of the scouts???

I'm not sure I followed your question... but I'll try and explain how I saw it.

Annie wasn't in front of the scouts, she came from behind them to the right wing, caught them up and that was when they headed into the forest. She was seen to be faster than the scouts so I don't think she left before them but simply ran after them.

She was lying when she said she had a weak constitution... she knew it was a trap to get her in the tunnels where she wouldn't be able to fight them in titan form and so used that line to try and convince them to go overground with her instead. So it is possible she used the tunnels.

We continuously see people using ODM gear in the city, the only places it's referred to as being unusual is the capital... we also know she has Marco's gear, so it could be she has that stashed somewhere to use when needed...

Not sure if that helps but I can't see too much of an issue with the fact that she caught them up.
