Season finale/Yorktown Hospital/Lady's hair?

The aunt on the season finale at the hospital was talking at the beginning of the second day and at one point near the end of the segment, the hair over the shoulder on the right side of the screen moves, almost as if someone brushed it forward.

Now I realize this show is on tv and, while a believer of the paranormal, I'm NOT a believer of anything on tv and certainly not Syfy. But this was a moment that was....weird for me. They didn't even focus on it/repeat it in slow motion. Nothing. I realize it could have been a breeze, but her hair isn't blowing at any other point. She's not even really moving her head when it happens. Perhaps some static electricity made it shift forward???

I'm just curious if anyone else saw that and/or if they have an explanation for how that might have happened. This is the kind of thing I watch these shows for, the moments where something somewhat odd seems to actually happen without the help of producer manipulation. I think this could possibly be one of those few and far between moments, but I'm also open to the idea that this has some kind of logical explanation.
