A group of people who have suffered terrible losses & have given up on life. Group suicide

It's about a silly girl who has no character or backbone and copies whatever the boy she likes does. I won't spoil the *beep* ending if you haven't seen it, but suffice to say she copies him HARD, even if she doesn't share his conviction. It's actually a decent movie but her character is so pathetic at the end that now I'm actually pissed (I just watched it). I really hated the end, and I think her character and motives were not well developed.
