I have a MAJOR problem with this movie...

I liked it up until the end, when it becomes clear that the main character truly has NO character and just copies whatever the boy she likes does. She's totally pathetic! I also think her character's motives are not well defined. She's really willing to sacrifice everything for a cause she doesn't believe in, just to be with the boy she likes?! Puh-thetic. As far as I'm concerned, she's just a puppy dog trailing the heels of her crush, following him off a cliff. She's so disempowered it's sad. The end straight SUCKED, and now I'm pissed.
