Father of Five including 2 girls

I she was a great girl very much like many western girls. She was very brave. I have sailed the Caribbean and Transatlantic mysel in similar 40-50 foot sloops and yawls with grown men and let me assure anyone she is one seriously cool 14-16 year old to do those long passages solo and especially that southern ocean but

It was interesting to see her age and mature so quickly like you do in those years

The real poignancy obvious to me as a parent and older person is she is looking for grounding and a sense of belonging to something somewhere

Her lack of relationship with her mom hurt her as it would anyone

I am glad to see she found company and perhaps learn to love and trust

When she becomes an adult woman a man....albeit a real man...alpha....could do a lot worse than the woman she should become from the inspirational girl she has proven to be

God love her and keep her close
