above average (spoilers)

This movie was engrossing although I guessed from the very beginning who the killer was, and there were subtle clues all the way through. I also found the lead actress's constant smiling a little annoying. In how many detective mysteries is the lead threatened to be taken off the case or actually put on leave?--it's a tiresome plot device, and in this movie, you hear it over and over. But, all in all, the movie is worth watching, and the acting is good.
