She was sent by the Depth for counselling because it is normal after an officer kills someone. The psych tells her she wouldn't be there if she had someone corroborate her story. Well there was a witness (victim) sitting at the table who saw the whole incident.

That is true but that leaves the 2 before that. Or maybe the victim told them she didn't see anything and stuck with that story. Would hv been nice if they had. I'm watching it now for the first time
