Which is worse - this or the horrible "Hobbit" trilogy?

I find it deeply ironic that he bailed on the dreadful "Hobbit" franchise, and made this unholy mess instead.

At least he's returned to form now, so we can debate whether the film he made or the film he didn't make are worse, without any worry about his career being in decline.

So... which?
