To anyone who has read the book: Book v Movie?

I liked this movie, I liked the ending especially, I thought that was a nice twist, with everyone dying after Dale died. I enjoyed the Dale character and Nathan's performance of him wasn't too bad (but I've seen better). My question is, if I liked this movie, would I like the book? (this seems like an obvious question but im so picky about what books i read i want to make sure The Resurrectionist is worth it).

So basically I wanna know, your thoughts on the book. Then your thoughts on the movie.
Was it similar to the book? That kind of stuff.

It'd be greatly appreciated! :)

Its been a month since you wrote this, so maybe you read the book by now. I read the book because of the movie. READ THE BOOK!!! It has it differences here and there like any book/movie does. The ending is different.. I think I like the movie ending better..... but read it and form your own opinion.

In the book there were cops that believed Sarah & Josh and were trying to help them. They hid Sarah/Josh and Dale was obsessed on finding her. Dale tortured and murdered cops to force them into telling where they were hiding. He Gets Sarah out of hiding, does his thing with her. Josh (or cops I forget which) figure out he has Sara and go to save her and get Dale.
They force him to heal the officers he had killed finding out info. Dale was killed... and Sarah/Josh/Officers all died. He healed himself (like he cant die). The detective made him bring back Sarah/Josh/Officers and. The detective then offered keep him alive so the cops and Sarah/Josh at least wont die. They didn't mention anything of the other women/people/animals Dale had killed before. He implied that he would be torturing Josh worst them he had ever tortured anyone.
That is the most condensed version I can offer. There of course are difference in book to movie.... but all in all it was an excellent movie.
