Needs better characters

Okay, after watching a few episodes I think what this show really needs is better characters. The main three are fine but the side characters are all kind of weird, annoying creeps who aren't especially funny. I'd like to see more female characters, and also maybe a gay character? That would be more refreshing. Right now it seems kind of like a stereotypical sitcom. But! It does have a quirky sense of humour which could go a long way if te characters were more likable.
