Actually really good for what it is...

Oceans 11, Leverage, etc... Its a heist movie with comedy, its been done a dozen times. Personally Id say its the best Nick movie so far even surpassing "The Boy Who Cried Werewolf"... Also I love Disney Channel original movies but I can off the top of my head think of one or two better than Swindle.

First its actually funny, the jokes were just jokes that appeal to everyone. The action was good and never went over the top. The story was good. Everyone played their parts perfectly, yeah Oneal overacted a bit like usual but that's not a bad thing with that kind of character, Bravo was like Katie but the character was pretty much Katie, and Noah was different than any of his roles but also similar.

The standouts though were Ariana, Jennette, and Crawford. Ariana and Jennette were the complete opposites of their Nick characters. We know Jennette can act but its nice to see Ariana not be Cat. The truth though Crawford owned his role, he played cool and cocky without coming off as a douche.

I liked the movie because it was just a movie. It was a kids movie and it wasn't a teen movie. They didn't go over the top and unrealistic like kids movies and they didn't try to be super trendy and force a love story like most teen movies. There is one over the top scene and there is a slight maybe thing happening between Oneal's and Grande's character but its subtle and doesn't hurt the movie.

For kids channel movies Id give it a 8-8.5/10... I really hope it did well.
