Some of the ex-trainers cried about what went down at Seaworld. Better that they came out and unburdened themselves from what they participated in than to keep quiet about it. They were part of a culture that didn't believe the Orcas had a right to be free: Only humans had that right and humans could do whatever they want to do to other species with impunity.
What really amazes and nauseates me are those people that work there now and the owners and management that run this horror house, and continue to do so in light of the current scinetific knowledge of Orca's intelligence and lifestyle. (Not to mention all the other sea mammals they keep parading before the uninformed on non-caring public).
Seaworld appears to be trying to change their outlook somewhat in recent days as reported in the national media, albeit driven by attempts at damage control and financials. They have enormous karma to deal with and it will take a lot, as far as I am concerned, to undo the evil that they have perpetuated for the last 30 years.
what amazes me is the general public that fund this enterprise. If the customers stopped giving SeaWorld their money, there wouldn't a be a SeaWorld. Its simply a case of supply and demand. Humans are sick and twisted, end of story.
