shareOf course they couldn't be shown having sex, but they could've been shown kissing each other. They did kiss scenes in A&A and TSR and Hannah Montana.
shareDisney will occasionally okay a kiss scene. Even Bunk'd had one. On a 3 year relationship there's nothing wrong with having a kiss. Considering how crappy of a relationship it was and I'm glad they didn't because it wasn't deserved.

I'm not a big fan of the Lucas/Riley pairing, but yeah...aside from the fact that I think they have zero chemistry, it was weird that there was no kiss in the finale. Especially when he pulled her aside thinking that he was saying goodbye, had that little talk about "you'll always be my first girlfriend" and then didn't kiss her..? That was super lame. They have been painfully awkward for most of season 3.
