I am watching Boy Meets World again, this time with my daughter. She and I watched Girl Meets World together and she wanted to watch BMW.
So, in Season 1: Episode 5, Farkle's dad (Stuart) was trying to be thought of as cool. He resigned from being in the Geography Bowl, went up to Mr. Feeny, and said he wanted to be thought of as Stuart Minkus, regular guy. I hadn't remembered that.

Stuart wanted tobe cool but Farkle just wanted to fit in. He Didn't want popularity or be a outcast? (can't think of a better word) He just wanted to blend in. Now he probably will be "Most Changed" in his 12 grade yearbook He may even Give Lucas a run for his Money as "Most Attractive."

Yeah, I get why. I was just talking about the whole, 'first name, last name, followed by 'regular guy' phrase. I had forgotten Stuart said that and found it funny both he and his son said it. I like finding little nuggets like this between the shows (not all of them can be as obvious as 'They WANT you to take the rolls'.
Now that I'm watching BMW with my daughter, I'm sure I'll find more.
