The show would have been 10x worse on freeform

DC has at least produced decent content every once in a blue moon, freeform has never produced anything of value. I also don't see how you guys think putting the same writers who can't even handle writing about communism would be able to put out anything of value with regards to "mature" topics that you wanted. The fact is the show was only good when it was light hearted & joking, every time they tried to do a serious storyline it failed, and not because of DC censorship, because the writers were awful. I really do not want to see those writers ever handling drug addiction, sex, or pregnancy. They might destroy some children's lives.
