I haven't seen this yet.(I attend to though,) but from what I've seen, the only reason the Mob would have a problem with Nick's mistress, would be because they felt she somehow was a threat to them, not the simple fact that she was his mistress, because most mobsters,(even though they are married, and have children,) have mistresses themselves, for some reason.
