Being released on the same day as Before I Fall and Smurfs?

Hello everyone. How are you all? Hope everyone is well.

Apparently, on April 7, the day this is coming out, they are also releasing Before I Fall and the Smurfs.

Before I Fall is also a very good book, in my opinion, just like Wonder's book, however, Wonder is my favorite book. As both Wonder and Before I Fall are school-story related, it makes me feel as if they might each compete a lot in the box office. If we include Smurfs in the mix, since Smurfs are already really famous, I have no idea how the box office will turn out. Do you believe it was a good idea to release all of these movies at once?

It's possible one would move. Almost every weekend has some sort of competition for a lower level film. That said, The Smurfs films have been trending lower. So they likely aren't a threat.

That is also possible. Apparently they switched the Before I Fall release date to March 3.
