Into the trap of making it too simple

Right away, this film goes down the road of the:
bunch of young people looking for something different;
vacation to a 'mysterious' place;
never heeding obvious warnings;
can't find their way;
1 guy who eats like a pig, yet for some reason isn't around 150 kg (and wonders why he can't score with women);
1 guy who's so lame, he can't put down his phone (even though it's not working);
a girl who likes someone who is that lame guy;
didn't develop the reason Dom didn't take his meds overseas with him (like you'd forget something like that!);
no real solution - good or bad - to the mayhem.

Sorry, but there was nothing new here.

In addition, they didn't even bother to credit where they did the filming. Though I do know that 1 scene in the car was at the 'top of Topanga - L.A., then probably at some available homes thereabouts for all the rest.
