First off the lead girl can't act for anything. The girl in the 1st one was way better. I mean katies screaming and moaning was incredibly annoying instead of making me feel bad for her.

Secondly she cuts off the dick and smashes the balls of the guy who didn't rape her but does way less to the guy who started it all, um what? That makes sense. Also in what world can a random women just stroll into a police office and whisk someone away who is telling an officer that she has been raped? I thought that was laughable. Also he automatically obeys her and just goes to get them coffee.

I could go on and on but the bottom line is the first one is way better than this. 4.5/10

I disagree, the guy who started it all (Georgy) was tortured for days, probably weeks considering how his wounds had puffed out and filled with puss.

She obviously was not a random woman. Ana was the woman Kiril called to pick Katie up, and take her to the Embassy. He said as much. Presumably she was something like a victim's aid worker, or some police representative above Kiril.

In any case, this movie rocks compared to ISOYG3.

he did something but compared to others it wasn't much and she cuts his dick off who didn't even rape her.

I feel that's the worst punishment any guy can get and u give it to a guy who didn't even rape you.

You don't think he did anything? He was the one with the plan of implicating her in the murder of her neighbor, drugged her with ketamine, and served her up to their father from what little I watched of this horrible movie! He still had plenty of fight in him making the cop shoot him in the head before letting Katie go! 
