I liked it until... (SPOILERS)

The end kind of ruined it for me.
Lucy's speech to the judge was way too on the nose. And this film only briefly touched on a HUGE problem with mental illness: treatment is so expensive.
Am I supposed to be happy that the rich white girl with a supportive family and seemingly unlimited treatment options recovered? And then she swoops in and plays the hero and we're all supposed to cheer for her. The only reference made to this issue was when the guy Lucy liked said his insurance ran out.
Medications are also expensive. I have no idea how Grace's mom could afford medication, let alone treatment. They clearly weren't very wealthy.
This movie makes it seem like it's so easy to get help, but it's not. There are no easy answers. Most people will never fully recover.
