The ending

I don't get something, I know that Brooke can control zombies, but soon she got shot, then she got back up. Basically, did Brooke turn into a complete zombie in the end, or does Brooke still have humanity in her. I'm only asking because she got back up, then she told the zombies to kill that guy, the next thing was her sitting on the car and she was with Barry as well
