How these weak productions become so popular?

The series is so unrealistic and the story so ridicoulous that I couldn’t watch past the second episode. This guy goes anywhere and everyone falls in love with him; all he needs is a stupid smile! The police and guards are so incompetent that such unbelievable escapes can happen. Have you seen the mother and father of the rich family? Twenty years have passed and they look exactly the same! Who spends money on such stupid projects? But the audience seems interested to watch such nonesense.
