Good vs. bad acting

As much as I hate this movie, I do think some of those who participated are actually good actors given the wrong script.

Best actor:

Kevin Sorbo. If he just had been in a different movie, he could have made a great villain.

Some other good actors:

Marco Khan (He gave a believable, frightening performance, even though his character was a cringeworthy stereotype)
Benjamin A. Onyango (Not that bad either)

Worst actor:

David A.R. White. Just wow. I couldn't stand this guy! His line delivery was beyond terrible, it's painfully evident how much more skilled Onyango is in the scenes where the two of them are interacting.

Some other bad actors:

Paul Kwo (Unintentionally hilarious sometimes, but dull for the most part)
The Newsboys (Their music is *beep* and they come off as weird and creepy rather than friendly and inviting. Really, really bad.)

David A.R. White is definitely a $h!^ actor in this movie.

I like how David A.R. White delivers lines. I've seen him in other movies and his style works for me.

Kevin was amazing. I really liked him as the villain.

But the worst actor was the one he was paired with, Cory Oliver. Calling her acting wooden is an understatement. Was that even acting? She barely 'acted' like a normal person. I want to blame the writing, but I can't.

I'll admit, for a Christian movie... the production value and acting in this movie is far above those other crap like War Room and Fireproof. Kevin Sorboro (being the equivalent of an A-list actor for Christian films) was the best thing in the movie, even if he did play a terribly written character. But yeah David was pretty bad, his line delivery was pretty cringe worthy, or it just might be because Onyango is just more competent as an actor.

Well it's consider above average if you compare it to a typical christian flick.
