the movie is done!! JJ said that they are done editing the movie. they finished working on the movie yesterday.
this is great news. the reshoots are done, the editing is done. I think the movie is ready to be released next mouth.
The only thing left to do is dig the hole it will be buried in.

If you're good watching your loved franchises not only get WOKE!, but get WOKE! with absolutely bullshit writing, shitting on legacy characters, and ridiculous plots, you actually should be upset - just not with anyone on these boards.
So just because you watched star wars back in the day you automatically have a better more valid opinion? I too watched all 3 of the OT back in the 70s 80s and i loved them, im not arrogant to think i know better.
The last jedi ill admit put me off star wars , i disliked it a great deal, however TFA i did like , yes it has a similar formula than ANH but i was glad to see that after the prequels which i didnt take too, the story was perfect but i disliked how it was made.
I belive TROS looks really good , id be more hyped if i didnt dislike TLJ so much , but some good stuff has come out of Disney, Rouge One was solid, Solo was good and i think the mandalorian is really good and i enjoyed TFA, people are far OTT with the hate.

Oh, I thought the great news was going to be that all those rumored plot leaks were proven false and that the film would end with Luke waking up from a bad dream, revealing Episodes VII, VIII and IX never happened.
THAT would be great news.
1: i'm 100% sure those leaks are from a fake script. if there were form a real script Disney would have taken them down by now.
2: why would they the movie end like that? someone wakening up from a bad dream or nightmare, revealing the sequel trilogy never happened.
I don't care if that's a joke or not. it's still a stupid way to end the sequel trilogy and the skywalker saga.
I think I'd heard on Clownfish or Midnight's Edge about the source of the leaks, that JJ said that a cast member accidentally left a copy of the script under a hotel bed - that Disney was monitoring EBay where it showed-up, and recovered it.
That could be a cover story, I guess. And it does make sense that they would put-out a bunch of false plot rumors so people would be unable to determine the exact storyline.
Heck, maybe the reshoot rumors, multiple cuts, and deadline issues are all made-up.
