The Emperor in this movie is a clone
Theres a shot of Kamino in the trailer, my guess is that Palpatine cloned himself , one died the other lived.
shareIf that was true (AND the movie was professionally done), then the clone should look like Palpatine in the prequels first movie. The 'wrinkled' appearance is due to some kind of injuries (same as Darth Vader), and it doesn't make any sense to damage the clone on purpose.
And there hasn't been any leak about making Ian McDiarmind younger through CGI.
However... who knows?... since this movie is clearly political and the Emperor must look like he's evil, very evil, terribly evil white male, evil nazi evil, I guess they'd say 'fuck off good writing' and clone the appearance too...
