It seems that Abrams could have copied Revenge of the Sith in Episode IX

Force Awaken was a copypaste from A New Hope. Last Jedi was a (subverted wink wink) copy of Hoth Battle in Empire Strikes Back and Return of Jedi.

It seems that Episode IX couldn't copy anymore SW movies... but hey, you're talking about JJ "Ctrl+C" Abrams!

Look at that:

JJ said TROS won't be a copy/remake and it will honored all the star wars movie.

also I don't think TLJ was a copy/remake ESB & ROJ. I don't see it.

Somebody said TLJ was basically Empire Strikes Back in reverse, I can see some of that here and there, but the Long Chase which lasts the entire movie and the annoying Animal Casino kinda negates that.

I don't think Abrams even ACKNOWLEDGES the Prequels, let alone thinks of STEALING from them.

Even though the prequels get some criticism for too much CGI, some casting decisions and not being the greatest films (at least Episodes I and II) at least they didn't destroy canon, and everything still fit within the Star Wars universe and they came up with some creative new stories, worlds, ships and creatures.

These films just copy everything. Not much original stuff.
