General Hux

Big issue with the handling of him in the movie. He is a powerful, evil general in the first two movies, then he turns into the spy. We know he has had issues with Kylo, but adding another scene to explain exactly why he did it would help. He's killed off by that other general quickly after its revealed he was the spy. Side note, that general just showed up out of nowhere in the last movie and seemed to have more power than Hux. Never explained either.

Hux is a laughing stock in TLJ.

It's Snoke ragdolling Hux, but there are indeed plenty of scenes which make Hux look like a joke. That deleted scene is just the worst offender, that's why I chose it.

Holly shit, they wanted to put that in the movie? HAHAHAH.

How can a general just kill another general at will, anyway? Yet another plothole.

I think he was going for the same thing Standartenführer Hans Landa was looking for in Inglourious Basterds: clemency (or total absolution) in return for collaboration with the enemy.
