Remember her interviews - she said she will only be doing three Star Wars movies.
I doubt they will kill her off. Daisy Ridley is only doing the three films but the character will likely live on in whatever books, comics, animation, etc. they put out in the next few years.
The idea was originally that Episode 9 would be the end of the numbered episodes and that Disney would then focus on Star Wars Story movies and Rian Johnson's trilogy which was supposed to take the franchise in an entirely new direction with different characters. Both of these series seem to be cancelled so I'm guessing they'll focus on the upcoming shows on Disney +. In another decade or so they'll try to milk some more money out of a reboot or something.
No way do they kill Rey and crush the hearts of millions of little girls who dress up like her every Halloween.
