Oscar Isaac wanted a romance between Finn and Poe.

I can't post a link because my damn laptop is down and I'm on my phone, but the info is out there if anyone cares to look.

How many heads would have exploded if that actually happened? What DID Finn want to say to Rey? Would it have hurt the box office?

And really, is THAT because both Finn and Poe had such inconclusive storyline finishes, ending up together as work partners and no girlfriends? Because yeah, at the end, Mask Gal wasnt interested in Poe after all, and Ex Stormtrooper Gal wandered off with Lando. Was that as last-minute change from the original romance in the script or something?

I didn't care for Finn or Poe. Sounds like Issac wanted to go out with bang so making finn his lover would work in his mind

Wasn't this exact thread already posted? As i said in the other thread not really. Actors nowadays are coached by their Hollyweird handlers to reflexively come off as agreeable to the idea of alphabet characters & relationships when prompted in interviews or else risk being scorned as "homophobic" by the Hollyweird media & alphabet blogosphere
