Why did THAT kiss feel so incestuous? (SPOILERS)

For some reason, when Rey kissed dying Ben Solo on the lips, it felt so incestuous. Though she is Palpatine and he is Solo/Skywalker, and therefore unrelated, it somehow felt like they were siblings. It's a funny feeling and I cannot explain it, but something about it felt wrong. Even in TLJ there was sexual tension between them and it also felt wrong. Can't explain it.

Ben said he wanted to teach her, felt like a student having a affair with a teacher. Did not feel like incest.

I keep saying, Leia hooked-up with Palpatine and had twins, that's the real reason Han left.
