Could Snoke be a clown?
... A clown of Bozo the Clown who was secretly created by Chuckles the Clown during the time of the Ringling Brothers Circus. The clown was funny sensitive but genetically flawed and he became deformed over time.
Similar to Pennywise from "IT"
Maybe Chuckles the Clown had Bozo the Clown clowned because he thought he'd be a better choice of clown than Krusty the Clown or something.
