Surely the filmed a death scene too?

I mean if they had the foresight to get insurance in advance then surely they had the foresight to film a death scene incase the actors like Carrie or Hamill ever died. I know if I was directing these films I would have two different script endings and thus two different alternative scenes in case this ever happened. And now it has. Surely they did this right? It wouldn't make sense if they didn't. I mean, you cannot replace these actors. It would be pointless thus bringing the originals back in the first place. 

This trilogy has already flopped in my opinion because of this. Supposedly Leia and Luke were supposed to their reunion in Episode 9 along with Ren and Leia confronting each other as well. So those are two huge key scenes that technically speaking SHOULD be in Episode 8. I'm hoping the stuff we've heard is bulls..t and that Leia is actually going to die at the end of 8. It doesn't make sense to keep her alive till 9. Each instalment should be the death of one of the heroes.

7=Han, 8=Leia, 9=Luke, each film focusing on that character and being their goodbye.

Yes, I think they probably did film alternate scenes, one possibly incorporating Leia's death. I read rumors that she is a t one point in EP 8 in a coma, so that could have been a point where she dies.
