How come General/Princess Leia's surname is 'Organa' I thought she was Luke Skywalkers brother? How come her surname isn't Skywalker? Did she get married or something?

Because he wasn't adopted, he was staying with family. Leia was adopted, Luke was not. It's pretty simple actually.

Oh I didn't know she was adopted. Are house Organa a big name in the galaxy? Or are they just regular people? Leia should have a double barrel name, who wouldn't want to be a Skywalker in the SW universe? Leia Organa-Skywalker

No, they weren't just regular people. That's kind of why Leia was given the title of Princess. Bail dies in Episode 4 when the Death Star blows up Leia's home planet.
Oh yeah I just thought she was a princess because she was a Skywalker or something, Im not a huge star wars fan as you can probably tell haha
