What did I just watch?

The beginning of the movie was fine, but the rest had too much going on. We only found out what Maddie's motive was until near the end of the movie. I feel as though the characters were not nearly developed enough. The action happened too fast and I got kind of lost.I really hope that a part 2 is made so that I can get some back story and character development. I'm not saying that I hated this movie, because I did actually like it. I just wish that we got a little more information and that the story would slow down a little. How did Terry know automatically to cut the stones out of the girls and that eating them would make him more powerful?

Terry thought to cut the stones out because he knew that's what was keeping them alive. He knew this because they glowed so often.

Since this movie was MOSTLY well-recieved, I have a feeling a sequel will definitely happen.

Mostly well-received by who? Since this has only been sold to a couple of territories, the handful of distributors who picked this title up are going to have to make a profit and if they don't - basic arithmetic will dictate if they will pass on a sequel. All Cheerleaders Die 2 is not going to suddenly get picked up in countries who passed on releasing the first one, so any losses in one particular territory and the chances of a sequel diminishes. Clearly the film is under seen and the home video grosses anemic and the ever troubled IMAGE Entertainment as domestic distributor is not known for making more than pocket change.
