Why wouldn't there be lesbian/bisexual women in every movie he makes? They do exist in real life, you know.

"they're not that common"? wow, what an asinine statement! anyway, as a lesbian myself, i think it's pretty dang rad lucky shows his love for lezzies in his movies. even if his films didn't portray any gay characters, i'd still watch his stuff 'cause he has a great sense of humor & his horror is just so fun! keep bringing on the dykes, lucky!

shareI was confused on the sexuality. Are they lesbian or not? They date and have sex with guys, but also eachother...? Sorry but if you're ga or lesbian, you are not bisexual. You don't date the opposite sex. Bisexuality, seems to also be a trend for young girls in high school looking for fun, and not for a serious relationship.
shareNot all of the girls in the movie liked girls. Hannah and Martha seemed to be completely straight, with both of them only expressing interest in the one guy. I'm confused as to what you mean by "They date and have sex with guys". If by "they" you mean all of them, then you're wrong. Leena never showed any interest in anyone but Maddy. Maddy was never willingly with a guy. Terry raped her and Vik liked her, but they strongly implied that she never knew about it and didn't like him back. I think that both Leena and Maddy were lesbians. Tracy was the only girl that was with both a guy and a girl. She said being with a girl was new to her. She could have been curious, experimenting, feeling vulnerable because of Terry, or just figuring out that she may be bisexual or pansexual. Both of which exist outside of teenage girls. A lot of people identify as bisexual and have serious relationships with both genders.

shareAnd it's just my opinion that truly deep down, there is no true bisexual. I strongly believe that you are either gay or straight. Anyone in between those, is either confused or just really experimentive and just don't care who you have sex with. That is just MY opinion and I know a lot of people would want to disagree with me.

shareI can't believe how sensitive and hostile people are about a post that clearly just pointing out something interesting about the subject matter.
What bothers me about the whole lesbian theme in this movie is the man-bashing. It is getting out of hand in movies like this. There is not ONE redeemable male character in these movies. NOT ONE.
Like the movie Teeth, too. Only two good guys. All the rest manipulate women to have sex or commit downright sexual assault. I think that movie is great, but the guy bashing is undeniable.
