Who are the people that hate this show?

This premise looks interesting. It popped up on Netflix so I'm going to give it a watch. So who are the critics? I mean, it's obviously a bunch of crackpot theories, but isn't that the fun of these shows?

Programs like Ancient Aliens or Destination Truth aren't to be taken seriously. If I'm going to slam one of these silly shows it's going to be one like Unsealed: Alien Files for recycling 1.5 seasons worth of content and footage and stretching it in to 4 seasons. But that's a criticism for production/direction/editing, not the content itself.

All of these reviews seem to be people that are expecting to be educated with substantiated evidence. But when I do research, television is the last place I go to; and it's really not what these programs are for. I tend to stick to journals, articles, texts, and well designed studies that use control subjects - where the findings have been verified by other scientists - if I want to educate myself.

Besides being a load of bs, is there anything wrong with this show?
