Neither did Esther otherwise Mordacai could not have told her to tell no one she was a Jew. She obviously did not have the typical Jewish features.
That happens in every people group.

"Typical Jewish features" depends on where you are. My Jewish wife was blonde, fair skinned, and blue-eyed.
